ICAP develop, host and maintain Customer Loyalty & Engagement Platforms for large organisations such as Mobile Operators. Founded in 2008 the company has proved itself in the Irish Market and is now pursuing many opportunities in overseas markets. Over the next 3 months we will be recruiting key people who will take the company to a new level. The company operates in a very exciting, ever-changing marketplace where every day is different. We are at the frontline of mobile technology and content delivery.
The Person: The person in the position of Lead Developer will have at least 6+ years experience in a hi-octane development environment. He or she will display leadership and team building qualities. An aptitude for Planning and Problem Solving will be a given. It is envisaged that the person recruited will move to position of C.T.O. within a very short space of time.
The Skills: Job will require good working knowledge in the following areas…
- ASP.NET –
- Excellent working knowledge of ASP.NET and C# with a deep understanding of the .NET platform.
- A solid grounding in usability on the web and the ability to develop clear and intuitive front end layouts for new projects.
- Strong knowledge in the area of CSS and Java Script development.
- Experience developing Web 2.0 applications using client side programming techniques such as AJAX and jQuery.
- Solid appreciation of underlying fundamentals such as scalability, security and cross browser support considerations.
- Microsoft SQL SERVER
- Extensive working knowledge of SQL query language, stored procedures, UDF’s etc…
- Knowledge of WCF “Windows Communication Foundation” plus knowledge of JSON, SOAP and Web services.
Other desirable skills –
- Some experience with mobile development platforms would be advantageous but not absolutely necessary.
- Experience using XML & JSON data interchange formats
- IIS Web server (debugging / configuration)
